What to Expect
Are you walking in to job interviews suffering with a lack of confidence when you want to project the opposite? Do you have inner conflict that prevents you from moving forward? Does part of you want to eat better foods but you just reach out for chocolate instead? Are you a sports person entering competitions in a highly nervous state and wasting essential energy?
This is a free telephone conversation lasting around fifteen minutes during which Laura will discuss the issues that you are experiencing. Laura will then discuss the next steps that are appropriate for you.
Sessions last 60 minutes. Sessions usually are a fun and relaxing process with Laura will working with you get your mind and body into the most productive and suitable state. The sessions use tried and tested processes that can help you to move forward in your life. Most Clients resolve their issues between 1-3 sessions.
Sessions are usually held our clinic however, we do hold events in other spaces around the area.
NLP/Coaching Sessions are 60 minutes long and cost £60. Fees are payable at the time of the session or before. Unless a prior arrangement is made. BACS payment (bank transfer ) is preferred however cheques and cash are accepted. Card payments are not accepted.
If the appointment is cancelled with only 48 hours notice the 50% of the fee is payable. If the session is cancelled with 24 hours notice or less the full session fee is charged.
Terms of Service

The client shall take full responsibility for his/her health and will remain registered with a medical practitioner at all times.
The client shall take full responsibility for his/her choice to seek out the practitioner, attend and/or follow any of the advisory services provided. That the client is entirely at liberty to follow in part, wholly or not at all at any time the sessions, trainings or advise sought by the client from the practitioner, imparting no blame or responsibility to the practitioner before, during or after the consultation.
Whilst all due care is taken to ensure the safety of the client and personal possessions, the client shall remain entirely responsible for his/her choice of attendance and behaviour on the premises. The client will declare all medical information pertaining to his/herself.

Confidentiality: Sessions are completely private and confidential, the only exception is should a situation arise where harm to others or the client is an identified risk. Consent to share such information will be sought if considered appropriate to do so. Safeguarding vulnerable children and adults is paramount.
Privacy: We are committed to protecting your privacy. We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully (in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998). We do not sell your details to advertising companies. We will not e-mail you in the future unless you have given us your consent. We will never collect sensitive information about you without your explicit consent. The personal information which we hold will be held securely in accordance with our internal security policy and the law.
Contract: With the introduction of GDPR we are required for you to be able to fully understand the terms and conditions, confidentiality, privacy and contractual nature of the sessions.
